A day to remember at Ocean Beach, San Francisco. It was a clear morning and the waves were 15-20 feet. The only guys out were the local hellman and some visiting pros. There were more people on the beach watching than there were out surfing, which speaks to the size of the waves that day. We saw some amazing rides, as well as some catastrophic wipeouts! It will go down in the memory books as one of the more special days in recent years at Ocean Beach! Ocean Beach can dish out the goods, but she will put you in your place real quick if you get too ambitious. Check out some photos from the day!
